I didn't finish July with any more AFDs, mainly due to my lovely DSS encouraging me to try (and try again) the home-made raspberry vodka I've made. It was supposed to be for Christmas gifts, but at this rate there won't be any left! It was delicious :eek: so I'm declaring on 15, which is a bit naff, but there you go.
DH and DSS both commented yesterday that I was making my drink last (which I was, both the enjoy and savour it and to keep a tight reign on the amount) and they both said how much less I drink these days, so my efforts haven't gone unnoticed.
Calling in early with 1/31 as I'lll be driving to Sussex this evening. Staying with Mum and Dad for a few days, so highly unlikely to drink as they both don't really, which is great.
Some impressive totals last month. I aim to be amongst you this month....0 -

I'm back, having got fed up with myself, my lack of willpower, and lack of AF days.
I'm also back with a huge incentive to lose 2 stone by 14th July 2017 when my youngest gets married at Gretna Green. Maxing the AF days will help considerably with that goal.
So, can I target of 29 for August please, starting tonight with 1/29.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

1/15 for me please.
I plan to stay AF until Saturday, when I have a social occasion. Will be checking in here regularly to help me stick to target.
I have have a few medical problems at the moment and I know alcohol isnt helping. Whilst I still have AF days I tend to drink too much still on my non AF days and still above 14 units weekly.
My target for this month is to work on that.
