8/29 AF achieved.
Can't move today after double session at Gym yesterday. Clearly not as fit as I thought. Other Half on day off so going to go out to a gastro pub for dinner tonight (I'm driving).
Well done Lotstogain, you've still managed 7 AF so far even if they days in between were chaotic. That is a massive victory. It's the whole "learning to walk" thing that I got told about in AA, whereby a toddler keeps trying to walk no matter how many times they stumble or fall. Planning in advance and avoiding the pit falls helps too.
Hope you all have a great day today.

Thanks so much ManPants and everyone else. I have now got all sorts of ingredients including cocktail cherries for mocktails although the weather still isn't playing ball! Going to have to get in the hot choc and whipped cream too I think. I feel positive but it will be hard. I think a major hurdle could be OH's 50th birthday in couple weeks although luckily it is unlicensed restaurant to start so I can bring in fake alcohol and am going to have to give the antibiotics story. love to all xx0

Happy to report 4/16 for last night.
I started this week with a big shock when I got on the scales, so much so that it motivated me to get back on the 5:2 diet and do a fast day yesterday. I was so concentrated on getting my evening meal (I save my full 500 cals for that) that there was no room for alcohol. Water and diet drinks for me yesterday.
Still feeling motivated today as well, so won't touch alcohol tonight (hopefully!). I'll leave it to tomorrow to post on tonight, so that I am motivated to post a positive in the morning! What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -

I must be getting better. This morning I was reading something and thought I could fancy a glass of crisp, white. But it's a 'school night' so I'm going to resist and call early to help me feel accountable.
