hi all pls don't tick me off, or do if you like
but it's such a beautiful evening and I'm so much in the mood for a glass of cold white wine that I am for the second time this month changing my mind about my AFD and deferring it until tomorrow. I'll make my target, promise! Any time I'm tempted to take it easy I keep in mind that I won't make my yearly target unless I keep this up.

Got another AFD yesterday so that's 4/20 please Shaggy.
Manpants you are doing great this month, lots of others are too. I have a lot of visitors/visiting to do over the next few weeks but will try to keep my target in mind! Good luck for the second half of the month everyone.MFIT -T5 #420 -
Good morning everyone,
Feeling so much better after going to bed early and thus breaking the cycle. Pleased to report 1 AFD please Shaggy for last night.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, have woken this morning with a very slight "edge", I did have a lovely time yesterday evening lying on the grass in my garden with my glass(es) of white wine and watching the swifts fly overhead and the sun go down - the sky was beautiful and it felt like summer. However, it is an AFD for me today, no ifs or buts, so that is (again) 7/15 please Shaggy.0

Had a bottle of wine last night, stressed to the eyeballs, enjoyed it, but not waking up sweating, which I had got used to not having, and feeling groggy this morning, but OK today not even fancying a glass so something good has happened. Do I start again at 1 or just carry on so would be 10 ?hi all pls don't tick me off, or do if you like

No ticking off here unless specifically requested cathy.;) Unless you had specific days mapped out for drinking (when you'd need to do some juggling) then you can have your AF days when you like. Glad you enjoyed your evening.:)
Not sure what I'm doing today so not going to call yet. I could have a drink if I choose as it's the weekend but do I want to???0 -
I deserve a large ticking off please Maman! My plan is not to drink Mon-Thur and I've not added to my AFD total since I last posted on Monday. My newly found resolve on the food and drink front fell away so quickly. I had wine on Tuesday and Wednesday, then yesterday I was travelling across Europe for a business meeting and had two beers. I very much doubt I will manage any AFDs now again until Monday, but I am really going to put the pressure on myself next week. What goes around comes around.....I hope!0
