Well done MP
I'm checking in with 2/5 for tonight. Beginning to feel in the holiday mood is making it difficult to resist a drink, but I've managed it for tonight anywayWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
Popping in to update with another two AFDs, so I'm on 3/28 please Shaggy x
I have two days catching up with friends next week, without DH or any children, dogs or chickens to worry about - they're all staying at home... So now I'm worrying that I may indulge to excess after being set free for 48 hours.
Must stay strong.
And I must remember to do some no treat days...sigh...0 -
Good morning everyone,
4 please Shaggy.
Well done MP good willpower, as it was drinking weather yesterday. I always fancy a cider outside a country pub on lovely sunny evenings.
Arkers x0 -
3/15 for me please Shaggy, and I am also doing a treat-free day today, much needed as on Tuesday I was passing a chocolate shop, went in, bought some salted caramels and have eaten nearly the lot!!! They were expensive as well as calorific but very delicious. I suppose if I only do that sort of thing every now and then it won't break the bank, or me! Beautiful day today.0

Also slightly overdid it last night on the alcohol, had two G&Ts when I got home from work (fine), but then finished off the glass of red wine left in the bottle in the fridge with dinner, and am now feeling crotchety and sluggish this morning. I didn't even want the red wine and should just have shoved it in the freezer to cook with on a future occasion.0

I'm seriousl impressed with the weightloss Sandypan, Arkers and Debjay. Let's hope Maman, CathyBird, Dizzy Imp and I can stay equally resolute and keep our sticky fingers out of the biscuit barrel. Enjoy the break, Dizzy.
Well done on resisting temptation, ManPants. I hope the business meeting goes well.
5/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -

Despite the sunshine, I'm doing a beef casserole tonight for that very reason. I love cooking with wine but this time it's going in the food!
Good luck with the treat free cathy. I'm doing well maintaining my target weight but had noticed a treat was creeping in most evenings and you're helping me break the habit.:)ElusiveLucy wrote: »I'm checking in with 2/5 for tonight. Well done lucy! I've been looking at June and wondering whether to write it off as I'm away for almost three weeks but I'm determined to get at least a few days in before I go away.
Definitely AF tonight.

1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
