Good Afternoon everyone,

Still failed to make one AF day so far this month.
Yesterday I had been to the gym for 2 hours, went out for a country drive, was strict with my Atkins diet then Other Half came in and before you knew it I had poured two large Gin & Tonics (fairy liquid is what we nicknamed them....think about it! :-)), this led onto a bottle of crispy white wine then a bottle of red too. And I ate crisps too (hangs head in shame). :eek:
Today I have had a super positive day and have been organising a trip away, weeded a large portion of the garden and tomorrow I have a meeting early about a new business venture so can't afford to not be on point. The man I'm meeting I need to impress the !!!! off which I won't if I'm hanging. Sadly, I'm already pacing and justifying a stiff drink. Sun is shinning, terrace is beconing, I'm happy etc etc etc ......any excuse in other words!
More weeding I think.

Sorry but no time to catch up on posts missed at the moment. Today will be my first AFD for May. Although (planned) drinking over the long weekend mostly it was moderate like a couple of small glasses with lunch and not carrying on in the evening which I'm pleased about.
I also had one treat free day and plan to have another before the week's out. For me that's getting through the evening without snacking on something like chocolate or crisps. I'm trying to either substitute with some fruit or nothing at all.
