OS Daily Thread Monday 6th January

Well had electricity check up this morning. (I rent my home from local HA)
Have to have a complete re-wire. Strange because for the lady 2 years I,ve been moaning something is wrong. Broken light holders, sockets falling off walls, not enough sockets to be safe. I.e. Like 2 in lounge. Power keep tricking out. Now apparently my electric is border line safe. Well it could be worse at least I only rent.
They are starting work next Monday and should take 3 days. I,m really looking forward to the mess. Lol.

Rosy Oh my hasn't she grown! What a beautiful girl

It is horrid here at the moment, blowing a gale out there with heavy rain and it is getting really chilly so I have just lit the stove.
I did have washing on the line but DH brought it in for me when he got home, bless him I just left it on the line when it started to rain So that is on the airer in front of the stove, it wont take long to dry there.

Hip x-rays came back ok :j what a relief, I have enough health problems without any more being added.

Having soup and pudding night tonight so parsnip and apple soup with fresh bread and rice pudding to follow nom nom nom

I'll take anything canine - don't care what size.:D So far the smallest I've looked after is Dave the Yorkie, and the largest, Dylan the Greyhound/Lurcher.:o

It gave me such a giggle sistercas, lol, I guessed it was auto correct.
Work was a nightmare, couldn't use the copiers 'til 10 past 2 & I finish at 3:30, there were licensing problem with the copier software.
Still, home now & knitting needles will be clacking soon.
