I'm not able to do a deep clean, I barely have room for a basic clean at the moment!! Backroom is on my cards to be battled and the kitchen ceiling is going to be painted this week if it kills me!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Any room you decide will be good for me Dusty
.
Mumoftwo, well done on getting help, good luck with the CBT.
We have booked our flights today and our 2 nights in Yosemite np. Next pay day we will need to book some more bits and bobs. I'm trying not to think of the total cost as it's !Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
I'm seriously contemplating rejoining you all tomorrow (I realise I've been away for a rather long time...). I'll see how I feel.
I now have approx 1/3 more space than previously, and the house has so much potential that there isn't much more to say about it
Living with no flooring, no shower and a 'freestanding' kitchen (well, it has an oven in it, and currently a fridge and freezer as the utility room had to have the old boiler plinth taken out last week...) means it is challenging to keep it civilised. But I'd like to make sure that it is clean before any new stuff goes in. After all, it was filthy when I moved in (hence the lack of flooring and kitchen - they went in skips) and I don't want to keep the dirt once it's all done.0 -

He's ok thanks :A keeps telling me he doesn't feel good, but is quite giddy still, for a poorly boyhe doesn't have it bad but I'm concerned about the white patches. Will get him to docs in morning
Bossy~ will any of this help you with hotwheels? http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=assembling+hotwheels+track&sm=12
Thanks, yes it's the accessories I'm missing. There are a few bits in t0ys r us I could get him, just need to not run away with myself as I've already spent £40 and we have a party to pay for yet... Plus he's got a heap of toys at Christmas too. Spoilt brat:D
DD went to bed nicely. I was putting some more clothes away then went to check on her, she was getting dozey bless her but said "I not out of bed mummy! Don't shut the gate!" Aww. So I told her she was a good girl, gave her another kiss and I've <touch wood> not heard any more!
She has a new coat so I've sewn buttons on the cuffs for her mitts and put a label in the hat. Quick kitchen tidy round and we're all ready for a new week!
"See" you tomorrow!Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0 -
Greenbee!!!:j:hello: I've been back since the Christmas holidays, and if your ears have been burning, it's because DD and I were talking about the London get-together and walk.
I have managed to keep up with the list, sort of, well, all rooms this week have been cleaned by me or the rest of the family! I even gritted my teeth and did the bathroom this evening.
I really hope next week will be easier than last, I was totally shattered by Friday, and had to cancel an event I was supposed to be going to on Saturday.
I am not sure that I would manage a deep clean, although I really need to do it. I'll do what I can!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Welcome back Greenbee!
Goodness knows what I will get done though now DS has gone back there will be less mess, less laundry etc...
I have loads of jobs I need to catch up on.
I have no motivation.
I have no time.
AAARGH
on a positve note I have a load waiting to go through the TD and can put a washload on (towels I think) tonight.
I'm finding things a bit hard at the moment.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
Thank you Honey Bear0 -

DD2 sent for bread and milk and set to load the DW
Back to my knitting.. the toys can sit on the floor and OH can deal with those tomorrow!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Hugs, Valli.
Also, big hugs for Helen Jelly and Mr Jelly.
I need to deep clean pretty much the whole house, certainly the top two layers. Anything you put on the list would be appropriate here Dusty and while I might not get round to it all on the day in question, once it's on a list these things usually do get done here. Eventually.Better is good enough.0 -

DS2 found it much harder to start with than DS1 but is probably now at the same stage in the same time.We have booked our flights today and our 2 nights in Yosemite np. Next pay day we will need to book some more bits and bobs. I'm trying not to think of the total cost as it's !
I loved our visit to Yosemite. We stayed at Winona Lodge which was expensive but just wonderful, I have such fond memories.
About to start the list. 'Tis the night before school so DS3 is getting himself in a stewbut I now know one cause of concern so email to HoY to follow.
Greenbee welcome back old bean. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
