Yes they got the house.. they are moving tomorrow!!!!!!!
Our loop the loop track had a flat base plate the track clipped into at the place it crossed over at he bottom of the loop.. I'm not sure how it works now. It was the tension in the base that supported the loop.. if the loop is too big it over balances so needs longer tails to hold it balanced.
Tomorrow! How exciting!
I'm thinking I might try some acrobatics and attach the hotwheels stuff to the garage wall - now the rug is clean they can play in there and it might be fun to have a roller coaster effect... Watch this space...Dustykitten wrote: »The plan for next week
So which sort do we start with reception (Living/dining/study/conservatory) or a bedroom? [/COLOR][/B]Thought we'd leave the kitchen a few weeks for people to use up Christmas supplies.
It would be a bedroom for me, pre-decorating spruce up! Sounds like a great plan, we appreciate your efforts!
My dad usually pops up on a Sunday tea time but I think I'm going to put him off...just CBA tonight.
I have put a colour on my hair this aft - not dried it yet so whether the greys are covered is yet to be seen :eek:Bossymoo

Sorry haven't read through but wanted to share with you I had a psychological assessment earlier this week and they've told me I've got OCD mixed with anxiety and depression (which I knew but didn't know how bad
). I've been referred for some CBT help which will take 18 weeks to do and then maybe more if I need it.
GP upped my meds on Wednesday and today is the first day I've felt brighter in myself and am cooking roast beef for dinner which is a big improvement as I couldn't do cheese on toast earlier this week.
Sorry for me post but this is a big deal; I know everyone is going through stuff but this feels more like a breakthrough now I'm going to be getting professional help. DH excellent, being my rock.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -

Hi all - sorry I have been missing since early Thursday but have just caught up on the thread.
Hugs to all who need them for whatever reason. Such beautiful baby pics and knitting pictures too.
Dusty love the idea of a week on deep clean and a week on normal - it will need to be dining room for me because that is where my paper frog is lurking :rotfl:However I will go with whichever room you decide as I won't be able to keep up otherwise. Froggy can just wait!
Just to report - because of the brilliant progress made so far in this house due to the unswerving support and direction provided by this thread and its members I have had -
half day meeting - Wednesday
a full day baking/party prep and partying!! - Thursday
a day with DH and nice me type shopping -Friday (and recovering from party):o
two days this weekend - concentrated research WWI memorial voluntary work -
And I am still tidy - it took me about 15 minutes this afternoon to do a few bits of putting away and get the washer on!!!
Thank you all so very very much xxxxJuly 16 £95/£200

That's brilliant, mumoftwo, hope it's the start of easier times for you.
Flying-free-zone here today. It's number 3gs's birthday today. He's 3. Spent the morning sewing up a sweater with a digger on the front I'd knitted for him. We went to dd's for lunch, a walk and tea.
Just home and planning on a relaxing evening. Tomorrow is his first morning at preschool. I need to go and stay with him till lunch time and then bring him and Charlie, choccy lab, back here for the afternoon so not much flying tomorrow either. I shall have to catch up later in the week.0 -
Hi all,
Hectic week so as usual the flying has suffered. Friday is usually my early night home but I had to go to an emergency meeting that lasted 3 hours so got home at 7 p.m. and collapsed on the sofa.
Mumof2 - hugs; well done for getting help - I hope you continue to see improvements x
ionafan - Iona were on Songs of Praise this evening. Did you see it?
Valli - have you looked at the Florence Nightingale museum website? I think I have a FN powerpoint at school - would it be useful?

Thanks, froddy - I did know (I'm on their mailing list) but had forgotten, and I was working out in the garden until it got dark. iPlayer is a wonderful invention! Just catching up now, and DH will have to wait a little longer for his meal0
