its a private rental and you say you moved in 5 months ago.
you also say the problems existed from day 1.

why on earth did you choose to move your family into this house?

It sounds like the Debtfree Wannabe board would be more suitable for the OP so they can get help with budgeting.

May be a good idea for the OP to sit down and compose a post with relevent information rather than ranting. I'm having to re-read each post to understand what they are trying to say.

as for budgeting we did it with the council and they agreed im hard up and said im on the wrong benefit i shoudl be on pip, so now im doing that its a wait tho,
i have 5 children, oldest being 7, its hard we have nothing hardly,
we get £110 on a tuesday and 76 child benefit then on thursday £279
from this the £110 goes to paying our loans from provident (we had to move towns and disctrict for safety reasons and to get in this house we needed £700)
the 76 goes on the market and butchers to keep the food ,

thursday comes 76 isnt enough for food, £100 goes on gas(not allowed direct debt credit check said so unles i pay a deposit £200 which i cant afford) then £30 on the electric, i have to have a housephone and internet for emergencys and school home work etc thats £15 a week line rental included , then nappies baby wipes and herron for the rest of food and aldi if need to for around £40 i have a few debts we have payment plans with in total there £10 a week, leaving me with 80 so far.... and i havent even started to pay my council tax or top up a mobile, i havent included travel expencies there or allocated much for the kids , or for my own medical problems which i need money for , i have so much more to pay out and everythig has been managed, i havent even got cothes on there we count on birtchdays xmas and handmedowns

the point is when i moved here was AFTER april when the change was put in and when we enquired they said to us ''you can get e better house cause u are entitled to 650'' we was lookign for a hosue for 400 max...

now 4 months in im axxed after they told me i can for more money on the rent.....

so i struggle i chant thing fo everythign off my head but thats me, strugglign now they want em to pay 300 a month that i dont have,

    now big aunt thankyou :)
i am england , apparently crisi loans have been stopped now??

ive requested and they even noted it down on a checklist for the tennant book, ive rang ive reported, the guy they sent roudn didnt seem interested stayed int he hall didnt go near windows, and cheked the roof from the alley??????
my kids attik bedroom roof has a 26 water reading on a meter

my tennantcy ends in febuary at the end, they said they want to rehouse me if im not in debt, but i cant see hwo i can pay them without suffering,

and yeah they does seem the case hed rather get us out than oay for £25grand my friend said the work will cost (hes a roofer in another town due to havig to take down a bedroom wall and roof due to no access and mould )

thats what i was hoping for, hes on JSA and is seekign work hes really good and is trying hard hes 18 and almost fully plummer quazlifdied,
but so he gets £113 every 2 weeks and can claim £250 rent, im sure landlord woudl let him in if he knew hes gona get money,
but definatly my question will be be ''on his own'' or classed as our income and family :S i hope not as he coudl solve my problems, rid me of debt and help to get me moved in time,

Get yourself for the Debt Free Board.

Paying your rent is far more important than paying Provident loans back - they will have to wait. Having a roof over your head is the most important thing available. ESPECIALLY if you have been told you will be moved in Feb provided you do not have rent arrears.

I too have 5 kids and am back claiming Income Support - I manage well on that capped income (No CSA either) and pay rent too. Its sorting priorities and those debts of yours are not priority debts.

Crisis loans have now indeed stopped. Your local council should have information on the scheme they have in place.

  • Please count up what your receive in benefits and then tell us you receive 'nothing hardly'. Comments like that do make me wonder ...

Benefits are not intended to pay your debts, you need to negotiate a lower payment with Provident and focus on priority payments such as your rent.

i was totaly homless on the street they promised to look after me,

im not saying i aint getting much, i was lookign for a house for 400 a month, AFTER the new rule of sprils cap came in,

they council said ''why go for 400 u cain claim 650'' so we did to get a big house, now i am getting the punnishment for doign what THEY told me i could do, when really i coudlnt and i shuda dotn the 400 a motnh liek i was going to,

and sorry £15 a month is internet+phone + line rental

can i just point out THEY TOLD ME AFTER THE RULE HAD TAKEN POWER they shoudl have informed me of the cap there and then but no!

thankyou for all the help people, some people dont understand stuff and never woudl unless they came to my house , i cant express my stuff, i cant express my self and i definatly cant express my dissability as i have said i was meant to be on dissability benefit but i didnt know until last week, i just stayed quiet and did wat i was told,

now im goign on the benefit but ive 2-3 weeks to wait for it to coem into place for me, alot of my money i use on dissability as i need to i cant sit and suffer!

Is it just me thinking Troll here?. The posts title is a rant about "Tory crap" (why the need to mention Tory?).

The OP's posts are barely legible and they are spending benefit money on Provident Loans rather than caring for their family.

Something fishy here... If they are genuine the OP get over to the debt free wannabee section ,when your tenancy ends find another property.
