You need to get a video sender in the 5.8ghz range, not the 2ghz range which the cheaper senders operate on and which do interfere with wi-fi and can also get upset if you put on a microwave oven, etc.
An example here

and from a wi-fi angle, it might be operating on a crowded frequency anyway, I use this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en_GB to see what my neighbours are using and then select a channel that is less crowded, but if you're using the older 2ghz range senders then you'll still have problems.Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.0 -
(Unless you also have Wi-Fi in the 5GHz range...)0

cable from one of the rf outlets on the back to the tv where you require the signal.
rf2 you may need to turn "on" via installers menu.0 -
I have the Emprex senders which work reasonably well (Some minor dropouts when moving between the units)
These look to be equivalent if you have spare RCA sockets on Sky box
