Rachael just emailed me and told me my two missing prizes are being sent out again. She seems quite helpful!

I originally emailed someone called Hermione at stellabeauty@telegraph.co.uk who told me a pack of lies - ie my prizes were being sent out that very week - but when they didn't arrive, this person ignored every email I sent them! Rachael appears to have done more chasing - though I did threaten her with IPM! :eek:

Thing is they aren't really sending out a "replacement" when so many people waitong for same things

Have sent a couple of emails chasing it up including one to Rachael Dove (thanks BlueBella :T) but have had no replies whatsoever . Am not impressed!

Finally getting somewhere.


I emailed Rachael directly today on the email address given above, as opposed to the generic Stella Beauty one. She has been very helpful and emailed me back 4 times today with different stages of update. The latest news is that Elizabeth Arden have told her they are sending me a replacement product by recorded delivery.
Fingers crossed I will finally receive it!

Still waiting on 2 prizes the Eyestones and One Love Organics cream, hubby entered and won a hair mask, replied to email that they send him but that hasn't turned up either. I spoke to Hermione weeks ago she said she'd chase up PR Company, emailed her again, zero response. Emailed the IPM, no response there either, emailed Rachael last night and as yet had no reply. Anyone know who was sponsoring this?
