I did similar and have contacted the IPM. I also told them I wasn't happy with the lack of correspondence. I received an email a few weeks ago ensuring me that they were being posted that very week and still nothing

I actually said that in my email to Stella - I said I knew of friends who had also not received their prizes and I feel it is hard to believe that so many beauty items should have mysteriously gotten lost in the post! Well, if we see lots of posties walking around looking like they have stepped off a catwalk......

I emailed again yesterday morning, politely asking whether my details had been passed on to Elizabeth Arden and if so, could they please give me a contact name there that I could chase up.

No response.

Am really cross, as nobody seems to want to help.

I find it unlikely that the DPD courier would have stolen my parcel. I get loads of Amazon Prime deliveries through DPD and they are really reliable. Far more likely that E.A. did not send it in the first place - easy to miss one out of 200 I suppose. But I just wish someone would actually look into it for me and stop fobbing me off or ignoring me!!!!

I am still waiting for my Schwarzkopf Colour Mask. I got the WEM for this on 9 December and a further email asking which colour I would like on the 6 January - still not received it though.

She told me on Friday that all prizes had been sent out now and any that had not arrived must have been lost! I emailed her back to say that I was amazed at how many items seem to have gone astray - she never replied! Her email today still doesn't guarantee that the PR company will re-send out my prize though! I will let you know if I hear anything else!
