Missing Stella wins

Hi does anyone have an email address for Stella regarding missing prizes? Won a bunch of stuff that hasn't arrived and they are not responding to my FB posts on their wall.

Hi - I'm still waiting too, but many places will only be going back to work tomorrow, so they may be sorting things out in the next week or so.

I won a few times during the promotion and nothing has arrived yet. I won a few prizes with them last year - and they all arrived, though rather a while after. Be patient - many companies are still off until tomorrow.

I am still waiting on one prize, but I wasn't going to chase it up until 28 days after the end of the promotion period - the comp didn't finish till 14th Dec so that wouldn't be till next week. Last time round I got one prize within 5 days of WEM but the second one not for a few weeks. This time I had 3 wins, one came before Christmas, one last Sat and the other one not yet.

Ive only had one turn up and I am still waiting for 6

As others have said its too early imo to chase yet as Christmas will have delayed wins going out.

I am waiting for one prize also - ironically the 1st out of 3 wins and the other 2 have already come - but like the others said going to wait till the 28 days is up before chasing it up.

I won 4 things and the first arrived on Thursday, the postage was dated 30/12/14 so I guess they're still processing things.

Thanks everyone for the responses. One of my wins came within 5 days and the others that I'm waiting for haven't arrived. On the WEM it says 'within 14 days' which is why I was querying it.

I got a wem about a colour mask, how will they know my colour, I don't recall entering it. anyone know?

In previous Stella comps there have been supply problems/delays so I've always given it until the end of the month.

As already said a lot of places won't start getting back to normal until tomorrow, and there's bound to be a backlog.

I had an email from them about this yesterday asking what colour I want, but it wouldn't let me reply to that email address for some reason. Anyone else had any joy with this?
