Hi, do you have a link for IPM - I am sick of chasing them and they are no longer replying. Each WEM states prizes should be received within 14 days so they have had long enough!

I am waiting for the Tigi Bed Head gift set and Stella Mag have ignored every email I have sent to them about this.

I have now contacted the IPM.

I'm still waiting for my Elizabeth Arden cream, but I'm in a slightly different situation from everyone else in that they say it was sent out before Christmas via DPD, but I never received it.


Does anyone know what I should do in these circumstances? ie, it's not that they haven't sent it, it could have gone missing either through a courier nicking it, or even by a neighbour taking it in and not giving it to me (although I wasn't left a calling card at any point in December).


the last contact I had with Stella was just over a fortnight ago, they asked for my details and said they would ask EA to send me out a replacement, but I've no idea whether they've done this, just that I'm still waiting for a prize I got WEM for on 11th December!!!

One did arrive but it is a different colour than stated on the comp, do you think they will look into it if I email them?


I wouldnt of entered if it was the colour they've sent to me.

my one love organic skin savior arrived today.. its so tiny!! does also say not for individual sale but after waiting nearly 2 months shouldn't grumble!

Postie has been and gone & no sign of my missing Stella items. As they are saying that all items have been posted out now I will be sending them an e-mail. Hopefully I'll get a response!
