How many mortgages does he have? Is this in the public domain?Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Based on Crashy's apparent previous reasoning methods (e.g. claiming their rent hasn't changed means most people's hasn't) I predict that since Crashy doesn't have any mortgages any number of mortgages above this amount will qualify as "too many". Since it has been established/assumed that there are lenders and therefore one or more mortgages, the exact number clearly doesn't matter, as it's deterministically going to be above the derived threshold of "too many".If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

If the Fergus Wilson you're telling the story about has too many mortgages and is being forced to sell by the lenders let's go with that. It's your story Crashy - tell it how you like.
Add a chapter about the time he rode a Shetland pony in his back garden stark naked with a parrot on his shoulder for all I care. It's as evidenced based as any of your other speculation.0 -
No, as you've still failed to substantiate the truth of such a statement. Which people 'know what they are doing'? What rents are they paying? How many years have they been paying it? How do you know what they are and were paying?
Nice to see you admit that you lied about the original statement on the matter though. Since you're now known to be a liar I won't bother reading your answers to the above questions though, as they will no doubt be lies.
I did ask him to provide some evidence of the type of property he could walk into next week for his current rent. He didn't get back to me - I assumed the bloke renting out a room above the kebab shop for cash no questions asked wasn't that keen on publicity.0 -

Certainly won't find a similar property on an estate agents website, Rightmove is for idiots duh. :whistle:0 -
The article also states his correct address for once, Peens Lane, Boughton Monchelsea.0

While your rent has gone up your landlord's mortgage rate has dropped from 9% to 2.5% since then so which one of you is laughing all the way to the bank?Every generation blames the one before...

Never understood the sympathy for "single mothers". As a rule I have far more sympathy for skint couples. Not all, but the majority of single mothers I've met are single mothers because they chose to have a kid whilst in an iffy and fairly new relationship as opposed to a reasonably lengthy & more solid relationship, or maybe marriage. So really they should be called "stupid mothers".0
