I've lost the will on this one. Seems you are arguing for arguments sake.

You always use this gambit when you've been beaten in an agument, which is bizarre when you think about it because you only come on this site in order to "argue for argument's sake". As do the vast majority on this particular board - nothing wrong with that, but don't pretend otherwise when you lose an argument Graham.

Is it true that he's managed to offload his properties?

I bet Crashy Tine is pleased - he was really worried they might not sell.

So much for an alternative career as a police commissioner.

Regardless of a conviction for violence, seems the guy cannot even fill in a form correctly.

Britain's biggest landlord has been caught in Brexit turmoil as he attempts to sell 1,000 properties just as buyers are stalling and pulling out of deals en-mass over market fears.

Fergus Wilson had planned to offload his entire portfolio of around 900 houses to a pool of foreign investors, which include both wealthy individuals and institutions.

But the Telegraph can reveal that the property tycoon is still waiting for a large number of exchanges to complete, meaning some deals could potentially collapse amid the turbulence.

He probably won`t offload at anything like the price he needs to pay off his debt, but the back slapping on here when he "sold" was funny, in a sick kind of way.....:rotfl:

That's interesting. Do you know how much debt he's carrying?

Whenever these fillers come up involving Fergus Wilson they're usually devoid of any real detail so you might be confusing wishes with predictions again.

LOL first post on this page is you asking if detail really matters as you got things wrong.

Last post (before mine) was you complaining there isn't enough detail.

Either way - you are going to trip yourself over and back fergus up to the hilt.

No I'm asking for detail regarding Fergus Wilson's financial affairs because everyone seems to make it up as they go along. No details, no accounts, no substance in any report.

Not that it matters of course - he's just a handy filler when there's space to fill and he's had a dispute about the colour of a bog seat.

If it makes you happy to to think he's my business hero go for it. You deserve to be happy.
