Had to shop again as DH forgot he wanted coffee and I couldn't get Bis*o gravy powder yesterday. As I was in Home Bags I also got a couple of other bits. Anyone else use cheese sauce? - found an XL packet which makes a pint (you can halve it and use rest later) for 39p
so total spent today £13.62.
Had LO gammon joint, avocado (4 for £1 in Mr M), YS salad (Mr T 50p) and salad pots (69p Al*i). It was really yummy :j
Have some smoked mackerel fillets to use tomorrow - any ideas ?
Hope you all have a magnificent Monday

Hey everyone!! I'm not quite back yet from my honeymoon, but my husband is napping just now in preparation for our 24 hours of travelling starting soon (12 hour flight from Tokyo to Dubai, then a short break, then an 8 hour flight from Dubai ), so thought I'd pop on to catch up as I have wifi.
I won't be joining this thread officially but will be back for the April one. I have caught up with the posts though and will be posting though and do also have a list of page numbers for recipes added so I'll get those on the index once I'm back to a proper computer
The wedding was just the most amazing day and the honeymoon has been fantastic - sad that it's time to go back home but am really looking forward to cooking again! Hope no one minds as it's a bit off topic but I've popped a couple of pics from the big day below in case anyone's interested, just taken on friends camera phonesPart time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Had a small spend of £4.16 on fruit in L*dl giving a total of just over £153 (can't remember the odd but it's in my signature!).
Had another NSD on Sunday on groceries (unfortunately had to spend from the household budget as our lawnmower died with less than half of it cut! so needed to buy a new one. We've been putting it off for a couple of years now as it was getting quite old so knew it was going to need replacing soon). Today will be another NSD so now at a total of 13/20. Don't think I'm going to make the 20 but will carry on trying.
