Asd* delivery came to £47.70 after things handed back, and non GC items deducted. Well stocked up for the half term, though may need few top ups of things missing depending on what DDs want to eat through the week. Only DD1 here for tea tonight i think, not sure if she's staying out for tea also. I will probably have Moroccan chickpea stew to eat, as it was made a few days ago; some went in the fridge and the rest in the freezer.
Need to try and organise a meal plan, as i'm at work most of the week and don't want to be trying to figure out what to eat to boot.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £134.25/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Well after doing an Aldi Shop and a top up at Mr M I have blown my budget by £0.62, total for month so far is £80.62. I can easily eat out of freezer and stores for the rest of the month so that is my new challenge - 11 days of no grocery spending. I can do this!!0

So sorry about your dog, its just a thought but my friend was really skint when her cat needed to go to the Vet and they allowed her to pay in instalments, might be worth asking. Good luck.
I asked them and they said outright no. It cost £90 for consultation, injection and pain meds. He is also on a strict no exercise order from the vet.
We are in the process of switching Vets as the one we are with are expensive.
He seems on the mend luckily he is a young dog and is recovering quickly. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Bf can't abide the swarms either as his head/face are at elbow height (wheelchair user) so a normal trip to the supermarket can be hell. I'm now 8 months, or there abaouts, pregnant and finally look pregnant but still get trollies shoved in to me from all angles. I hate people being too close especially with trollies - bad memories of getting well and truly squished between two heavy desk and ending up in a&e when young! I had (polite) words with one woman who elbox bf square in the face and bashed in to me three times in tescos and she told me bf was at target height so should avoid supermarkets at peak time and I had been 'in the way' so should learn and shift!
That said I asked to share a double seat with a rather large woman and he very young son on the bus the other day and was told to "%$&#*" myself as 'if I fall it'll be a little painful but no damage whereas if she fell she could do herself some serious damage' I wasn't asking her to stand I was asking if her son (3/4years max) could sit on her knee so I could sit down! First and last time I ask!
What awful experiences - I'm speechless!!!I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0 -
Made pasta and meatballs with a tomato sauce from what I had lurking in the freezer/cupboards was really tasty and ended up with enough for 5 meals.
Fish fingers, Egg, beans and chips for dinner tonight. yummy.
Thinking of trying to make cinnamon and raisin bread in the BM tonight for breakfast toast.
Remembered I had some Mr T vouchers in the post so may use these to get some more bits for meals why I am away next week otherwise the DH will probably just live off crisps and beer. Very nutritious. That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
