Pollypenny some LP's will sell individually, but not all.
I'll only sell the ones in the very best condition on an individual basis.
I tend to check previous listings to see if people will buy the particular LP.
If it seems if there is interest in the LP, and my copy is excellent condition I'll go ahead and list it.
To put things in perspective, I got about 40 LP's out of the loft at the weekend, and I've found 4 to list separately.
Overall, I've listed about 100 LP's individually, and about 60 have sold.
To be honest, it's slow, and a lot of effort for a little return.
As soon as the 100 free 99p listings end, I'll start putting them into bulk lots, which normally do sell ok, but not for that much moneyEarly retired - 18th December 2014

got the good cutlery we only use twice a year out of the attic for the last time, decided its going to be used every day from now on so the old 'everyday' cutlery has gone to the CS, the ratty steak knives with plastic or wooden handles have gone to the scrap metal collection at his work.
a stack of cookbooks that were extra to my needs also went, along with some of DHs trousers and shorts that he sorted out. so nice big heavy bag went out of the house and into the CS.
DD1 wanted some tyre covers for when she sprays cars, so i used some old curtain and cushion cover fabric from my stash and am taking those round to her tomorrow.
the big box the good cutlery was in has gone in recycling.
used up about 3 toiletries so the packaging for those has gone in recycling.
and the 3 carriers of magazines i put on freecycle have left the house.SPC~12 ot 124

OH & I are having a BBQ today and we have managed to declutter what we said we would sort out this weekend.
* The side board in the living room has been decluttered
* Stuff on sofa has been decluttered
* Finally the pile with mail has been sorted out (respond, file, shred etc). This has been a bugbear of mine for the last few months.
* 3 x boxes have been flattened and have been moved to the recycling bin
* 2 x bags have been taken to the charity shopNo toiletries challenge, started 18/1/2010 - Putting £1 in my savings jar for every item that I use up. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23

Tomorrow we need to get the two boxes of stuff from one of the bedrooms back. We did go through everything when we cleared for the decorator, but there's a heck of a lot still.
I shall have to be very sweet, and crafty, to get OH to chuck some more stuff!Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Not posted much recently but decluttering has been going slowly but surely. Managed to ebay 5/6 tops and household stuff (why is there always someone who wins an auction by bidding at the last minute, then 'forgets' to pay?! )
Large bag of stuff to CS inc. a pair of branded trainers, 4 tops that wouldn't sell on ebay and a set of boxed drinking glasses that we acquired donks ago, they were minging looking to me but someone might like them...
Also getting tired of the random toiletries hanging around the place. I have a storage area for my bargains stash, but there were too many open items bugging me, hence 1 foot softener, 1 hair mask, 1 body scrub , 1 perfume used up in the last week or so.
Some mail has been sorted, had to hang onto some of it as I was waiting for the car insurance peeps to send me a revised certificate, now the surplus can be shredded, although we are the lookout for a cheap chimenea so it could go in there, along with the 8 broken down fence panels we have decorating the garden at the moment!mrs-moneypenny wrote: »small pile of batteries went into the battery recycling bin at the local supermarket
Thanks for the reminder, every time I walk out of Aldi I realise I forgot to bring the bag of dead AAs to add to their pile. Now, to remember where the bag is...:rotfl:0 -
