Quite! This bangs the nail on the head!:cool:yes i have 6 kids by two different fathers, but Im the parent that is there for them ALWAYS!! :A0 -
It's about as believable as your story that you searched for the op on ebay, sought out this particular transaction and then contacted and had a conversation regarding the op, just so you could somehow justify what you are saying on here! * weirdyes i have 6 kids by two different fathers, but Im the parent that is there for them ALWAYS!! :A0

I can't believe this thread is still going through the same comments and questions, especially from the same person. Haven't read every post properly for the last page or so but I can see the exact same arguments being used despite being prove otherwise previously - Skitler if you have.have that much time to waste why not re-read the thread and save yourself the trouble of keep typing out the same thing over and over?0

OP obviously has nothing better to do than post wind up threads.
Seriously, the OP didnt want to take a package being delivered to them that they bought?
All the nonsense about "I would have known the courier" or "I would have asked for ID" is just that.........nonsense.
Who in their right mind asks a courier, who knocks on the door, for them to show them their ID before they would open the door to them?
And if the OP opens the door first, why ask for an ID before accepting the package SHE BOUGHT? People usually ask for ID of workmen who might ENTER the building......not delivery guys.
Would you ID the guys delivering charity bags or the local Avon girl?
I do not belive a word of it.
OP just wanted advice, it has been other people making assumptions, misunderstanding, taking quotes out of context and stating facts that aren't true which makes it appear a wind-up at a glance and like there are contradictions.
Why is it nonsense about knowing the courier? I know for Yodel I always get the same person, for Royal Mail it's been the same postman for a while. If they have a lot of deliveries, which they stated they do, I don't see why it's so hard to believe they'd know most couriers. As for ID, some people just like to be sure. Especially if they do usually get the same couriers and one day a different one turns up.
Personally, I wouldn't ask for ID but that doesn't mean others don't.
They didn't want it hand delivered but they would have taken the package. However, it was never offered. They never even saw it. The guy never gave it to them.0 -

another crock
its to late to ask for id once the door has been opened
id is easy to get hold of so means nothing
tell us another story about the no cold callers sign as you can easily stretch that out a bit more
we now have both sides of the tale direct from the seller.0 -

its the same here same old rubbish about the angelic buyer who wouldn't say boo to a goose. but is argumentative enough to put up a sign and then point at it to complete strangers while polishing her halo.
op has all the info regarding feedback on the ebay site but came on here with a convoluted "story" its him not me, what should I do.
take down the sign, and being polite to folk, will help you friend;)0 -

How is it too late to ask for ID after opening the door? How do you expect them to ask for ID first? What, they going to yell for them to post their ID through the door so they can see it before opening it? No one is going to do that.
I never told any story about the sign, I repeated the one statement that the OP posted about it. There was never more than one "story", it was the same reply over and over because you just don't seem to get it.its the same here same old rubbish about the angelic buyer who wouldn't say boo to a goose. but is argumentative enough to put up a sign and then point at it to complete strangers while polishing her halo.

I wouldn't say a sign is argumentative. I'd say it's a way of asking people not to call without having to tell them face to face no, please leave, which could come across as rude because even saying please there's no real polite way to say that. Many people have signs like that, I don't see anything wrong with them (and no, I don't have one myself).
If anyone calls the OP points out the sign. There's nothing to suggest they do that in a rude way. You could quite easily say sorry, I'm not interested, I have a sign that says no cold callers. It's not like OP is getting out a shotgun and yelling F off or I'll shoot.op has all the info regarding feedback on the ebay site but came on here with a convoluted "story" its him not me, what should I do.
I don't think this exact situation is on the ebay site and the feedback information on ebay will be basic and not account for individual issues. The ebay site has the answers to probably more than half the questions on here, doesn't stop people asking. Ebay isn't always the easiest site to find answers on though. They came on here to ask advice because this section of the forum is for ebay where you can ask for help.
What should you do? First, look at exactly what this section of the forum is about because you've clearly missed something if you can't understand why they posted on here. Second, re-read this entire thread. Third, if we still get back to this point then go and find this exact situation on ebay with the advice the OP needed if you think ebay has the answer to everything.0 -
I haven't seen most of Skitler's posts as I have them on ignore, but I did see one quoted that says my eBay username is the same as my username here, and that the seller responded to my feedback.
FYI: It isn't. There is an eBay user with the name Arlandria606, but they have never left feedback for anyone. The feedback I left hasn't been responded to. So, please stop making up lies (and unsuccessfully stalking me on eBay).Cashback / Freebie Sites I Use:
