Happy Tuesday everyone
Right, lots of activity on the bank account. Money in and money out. The main xmas gifts for the kids have cleared so that's a weight and I've paid the school fee (breakfast club) until the end of the month. I have livery to pay and DH's main xmas gift but not thinking about that today lol. I get paid from Job 2 soon so that will be then.
This time of year is when I start planning for the next year and I've had lots of ideas going around my head. I really enjoy it and feel like progress is being made. Next year I'm definitely going to try to get the CCV paid (whilst paying the usual to the loan (£630)) so that will be a major challenge but who knows what will happen. I'm so determined it's unreal.
I got load of work done yesterday and today needs to be the same. I'm on shift for job 2 tonight too so hoping to get a nice file in for that but that won't be paid until January now.
Lots to do so I shall be getting on with that - take care diary landers.Debt - CCV £3792

Congratulations on getting sub £35k! :j I love a good milestone!
I know just what you mean about looking forward to a fresh debt busting year, it is exciting isn't it! December is such a messy month money wise.Total Starting Debt August 2014- £38,061

I couldn't have put it better myself. I do enjoy getting order restored and feeling in control again. This year has flown passed, I must say. It does mean the DFD is coming sooner though!
My next milestone will be sub 30k which the plan is for end of March however that is also in line with paying my CCV off at the new rate. You never know!!! Then sub 25k should be end of July and sub 20k end October. By year end 2015 I plan to 'only' owe £17.9k.
I got slightly carried away there but it's down on paper now at least....Debt - CCV £3792

Good Morning and Happy Wednesday!
The middle of the week is upon us, it'll go really quickly now.
Last night I was in a meeting for the day job which went on quite late and as I hadn't got any Job 2 work in, I was in bed for 10:30 which is just as well as I had a 6am meeting to attend. Then they didn't turn up so I was NOT impressed.
Money is still ticking over. We've got very little food in now for some reason so I will have to come up with some good ideas as the next shop is a while away yet.
Had a bit of bother at school with the school bully trying his luck with my DS meaning DS came home scratched to hell. I am flipped my lid - they are too young to know things like this and I don't want DS exposing to that type of situ. Email sent this morning and the school are already on it so I will await their response.
Pay day this month is early and will be 19th Dec instead of 25th. I need to get myself in a good position for the new year and I think I will use some of my time off to get organised in the house, meal planning, clothes overhaul (throw out old, not buy new!) and generally have a clean out. Mind you I am only off 10 days, it'll take forever to get it done properly lol.Debt - CCV £3792

I can't wait until I am DF. Now I know this obvious and I am not telling you something new. However, I have been sat eating my tuna sarnie as per usual and wondered if I would feel any different being DF and eating said tune sarnie
The answer to most would be probably not, but to me, the answer is MASSIVELY different. Such a weight shall be lifted, the next chapter of my life can start, we can look to buy a farm, have the horses at home and generally do all of the things that will have been years in the planning. I don't know anything other than being in debt and I SO can't wait to see how it feels.
On a today note. I've also decided to start reducing my credit limit to the nearest 1k when I have paid the next 1k off. I've also set up a new challenge on the DF board to pay off my CCV in 2015. Bring it on.Debt - CCV £3792

Careful with that - it can do nasty things to your credit rating. Potential future lenders can't see whether you reduced the limit voluntarily or the lender reduced it because they were worried about your debt and tend to assume the latter. However, they take a good view of your debt being a low percentage of your total available credit.0 -
Good point. Although eventually I will be closing any credit cards anyway - as soon as they are paid off and I don't intend on taking further credit out. Having said that, we never know what's around the corner.
Hopefully the next application I will make, will be for a mortgage to fund the livery yardDebt - CCV £3792

Happy Thursday! Is it? I am tired! Thursday's always have this effect on me. The house is starting to look like student's accomodation again, the kids are getting tired and I'm losing my skills of patience and organisation!
That said, I'm hoping for a file in tonight for Job 2 as not had one this week. I've put myself forward for extra work next week so I'm hoping to get some of that, fingers crossed. That will be nice for January's pay. After I collect the kids, home, tea on, quick tidy up and washer on then yard. I have a meeting 9-10 but will work around that and as late as required. Often been a 2am finish on a Thurs, which is fine.
A few people have joined my 2015 challenge which is great

Morning world.....I am sleepy.
It was 2:30 when I went to bed which was ok but I struggled with my files last night. The person was speaking so fast, I felt like it was twice the speed of normal and as almost like he was on commission for how many words he could fit into ten seconds. There was an hour of audio in total but took me a lot longer than normal and low pay for this one as only two people and good audio.I hope it doesn't get rejected but I really struggled. We shall see, there's nothing I can do now so I shall move on.
There's other depressing things going on but as always I shall try and remain upbeat - I can't wait to tidy the house todayIt will make me feel so happy once things are in their rightful place. How's that sound?
I am expecting a delivery of some Xmas gifts today so I am hoping to get on top of a few this weekend and wrap some, see where I am and list out what I still need. Job 2 has proved invaluable actually for this month.
Having said that, it's good to know that what I am working for now is the first payment towards the challenge for 2015. That has cheered me up no endThanks MSE.
