Yes I had exactly the same problem, drove me round the twist as it takes ages to fill it all in! I was using Firefox so tried it on Internet Explorer and it worked first time, don't know if it was a coincidence or not though! Hope you get it sorted.

I noticed that some people have managed to book May Half Term to Duinrell. I have tried last night and this morning and they have no availability going on the 23rd May - its so frustrating? I am wondering if our School Half term is a different date to others? The other problem is that have have then tried to book alternative destinations and cannot book any 7 day European trip on that date, I have tried them all in Brittany. Does anybody think that they will release any more dates. I have booked for May half term before for a week and had no problems? Any one had any problems / suggestions?:(

Hi, I have a 3 night break at Butlins Skegness available for sale, as I booked the wrong dates at first in a panic! It is Friday 6th June to Monday 9th June, for 5 people in a Standard apartment (two bedrooms - one double bed, 2 singles, kitchen, bathroom). Cost is £110.25 including service charge (I'm making no profit by the way!). Entertainment passes are optional at £15 per person, but I should think you would want them as it’s Butlins and I think you need them for all the kids rides and waterworld, and to get in the clubs/bars at night too.
ID is not needed to book in, just a print out of the booking confirmation they send by e-mail.
I booked for two female adults and 3 kids but I think any combination of person is fine as only one person has to go to the book in desk (that would need to be a female adult obviously). Last year the entertainment passes are issued in the form of just 2 key cards for the whole party, which let you into your accommodation and that you have to show when you drive/walk through the main entrance. I have e-mailed Butlins to see if it’s the same arrangement this year and if more than one car can enter the park under one booking.
