It is 8. Are you changing the number of people in your party from the default of 4 using the drop down before you put in the parks and dates you want?

Me too, I am gutted. Been on a holiday in the last 2 years so would be entitled to a priority code, but got a letter saying I didn't need the tokens(so have been giving mine away) and now I can't book at I am now on token collect..... :mad:

I am putting in all the codes, my priority booking ref & e-mail, when I click "book now" it takes me back to the start!?

You are most welcome.

Yes the 1 year old would have to be included. You would pay the £9.50, but would not need an entertainment pass for the 1 year old, so could cancel that if you are charged for one by the park.

Yes, you need to include infants etc.

I had a priority code through the post and one paragraph states "Plus we're also giving you the chance to book as many holidays as you like this year with your multi-Booker priority booking reference"

At the end of each booking I pressed the home button and started again. I got a confirmation at the end of each one too.

Sounds like there are different types of priority codes?

Check you have all the words 100% correct and there should be an error message explaining what the problem is, somewhere near the top of the screen.
