Maralum those pics are beautiful:A , just makes me want to show off my princess now though.
I hope everyone is ok and if not ((hugs)).
I have not done much yet today as have been up the nursery getting some plants for my nan, DH is doing her garden for her.
DD is sleeping now so should make the most of the time to do something now. DS is refusing to have a nap today so either will be very irritable later or will be asleep by 6pm (doesn't usually go until 8pm).
Ok am off to see if I can get DS to have a little sleep and then will tackle the list. Should not be too difficult today as did quite well last week. I do however have an awful lot of ironing to catch up on:rolleyes:0 -

Afternoon folks, not often I get to say that but I'm home from the wilds. I know it's only been a day but had a great catch-up with my Bro and SIL, lots of wet and windy walking, stuffed our faces and went to the pub, another walk by the sea this morning and home via a big 2nd hand bookshop in Alnwick as a treat for myself. It really does feel like I've been off work a week and am quite kna**ered from sea air.
Glad to hear the water's going down a little. Hugs to those in need today, esp Happyathome and Hev.Well done Pigpen for paying some more off your debt and LJD, just spotted your signature, that's fantastic! How does it feel? Hope you're ok after your hospital trip too btw.
Maralum, so so sweet, don't blame you for not being on here too often when you have smiles like that!
Welcome Lauren, hope you find it useful!
I'm going to make the most of not being back in work 'til tomorrow and finish what I didn't do in the livingroom yesterday and whatever is on today's list- I haven't looked yet and I never remember if Wednesday is bedrooms or bathrooms.

AAAARRRGGGHHH I have been adopted by a psycho stalker. Why oh why did i show her where i live? She was on my step this morning with her PROBLEMS. Der, I only spoke to her first time yesterday, How can I help? They are WAY beyond my expertise (If I have any:o) Then She's following me home again. So nothing done again this aft. Any ideas how to get rid without being rude (Coz I'm not) and without hurting her feelings? To be honest I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of her, plus its really difficult to get a word in edge ways. my neck feels sore from nodding all afternoon.
HELP!:eek:Nothing to declare

wow. i've found the best thing is to be straight and be really clear that you're not qualified or experienced to deal with complex issues. its always good to have somewhere to 'signpost' people to, e.g. doctors, counsellor etc.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0

newmrslockwood .. sadly some people only understand rude! Possibly as rach suggests find somewhere to refer her to.. offer to go with her if needs be. I'd also make it perfectly clear you are not a café IME I have found if yo either start harping on about your problems.. ie yours are 10 times worse than hers.. OR .. ask her to do something for you.. suggest it is her turn to make a cuppa.. or bring biscuits round.. she will get the hint.. subtle but VERY effective. .. Failing that.. I'll come and tell her.. I am rude.. lol 'Uddersfield isn't that far!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
