  • In my opinion they are reasonable in terms of product. The network is pretty stable and speedy. Where they are seriously let down is their overseas call centre. The locations seem to vary between Africa and Asia, but by far the worst is "somewhere on the subcontinent".

    With this over numerous calls I have experienced extreme incompetence in terms of billing, misinformation, apathy, obstinance, indifference, rudeness. Words fail me as to how useless their back office is. It is a shame as it lets down an otherwise reasonable operation within the UK.

    Once I am out of contract with them I shall be away as quick as I can.
  • ^^^ but if you use their forum support (uk based) then you won't have any issues.
