Two things happened yesterday.

1. The friend who is moving worked out sort of accidently that if she wanted to she could sell the flat she has almost bought and buy a 3 bedroom house near her folks and be mortgage free. Her face as she realised this was a picture.

2. My two friends I had dinner with were discussing all the things they could do if they sold their houses and clubbed together. It was a hilarious conversation but I did feel sad that I have no house to sell..........suddenly the crazy loan plan doesn't seem so crazy - well it does but you get the idea.


SO. these conversations reinforce my plan to save save save.

Today I am tidying, lunch with my friend and home to more tidying.

I am happy about that

Well I could stop spending on Amazon!

god i'm the same buster - food shop tonight was just supposed to be for 4 nights and 4 lunches - over 43 pounds. just ridiculous. how the hell will i survive without a job?? food is so expensive. i think i am going to have to rein the boy in

Paid off the credit bill with my savings. I loathe using Tesco's card, the page takes SO long to update with transactions that I don't know what it includes.

I need to go back to the Halifax. Cannot believe it was 300 pounds!!!!!!!! I know 50 quid was vets, 40 was cocktails, 20 quid for dinner. 18 pounds to save the children, I forget that... Can't figure out the 3.00 payment to Tesco.com? 40 quid on flowers, petrol 30 quid,

and then for the shame of it I think the rest are Amazon............oh dear.

and I will have more to come........

no, the flowers were for a funeral so not a regular expense. Most of the Amazon stuff is for the pets. The rabbits especially. I get a regular order from Amazon once every two months 45 quid. really I think what I need to do is line up my spending money with my pay. I keep using the CC at the end of the month as although I get paid on the 26th my bills go out on the 1st and use the cc in between. And then I forget check and some point after getting paid and go oh! The other time I use it is for nights outs and then I really forget! Still even thinking all that it does seem a lot.

So I need to move my standing order to start on the 26/27th and plan nights out more carefully.
