I told my parents at 6 weeks as I was going away for a weekend with my mum and she would’ve guessed. We haven’t told anyone else yet, we’ll probably tell close family and friends after the 12 week scan. At first it was really hard but now I’ve got so used to keeping it a secret that I don’t really need to think about it. It has helped that my sickness has mostly been first thing on a morning and at night so not when I’m at work.0

Congratulations CCJ! As everyone else has said, you probably won’t get it confirmed by a Dr. Where I live I could self refer to the midwife so I haven’t actually seen a Dr at all. Only just had my bloods back from my booking in appointment so got to 10 weeks before anyone checked as such!
I have my 12 week scan on NYE but have started to tell close friends now as I’ve had 2 private scans and all is fine. It’s mainly because we are seeing friends because of Christmas - if we didn’t tell them face to face now, it may well be Feb before we see them again. If I hadn’t have had the early scans I wouldn’t have though. We told parents at 6 weeks and siblings at 8 weeks.0 -
Thanks all. When did you all start to get symptoms?? I'm testing every day to keep checking because I don't have any symptoms yet! My boobs are a little sore but nothing major!Debt Free as of December 2020 👏

I have had no sickness at all, gone off some foods like jacket potatoes but pretty much like normal tbh:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas.
I had my scan today. I was so worried but everything is ok. It did take two attempts to get the measurements as baby was in an awkward position and refused to move at first. I’d already drank loads but had to have another two bottles of water then it wouldn’t keep still!
Due date is exactly as I thought and I’m 12 weeks today so I will move over to the next board. See you all over there soon!0 -
Brilliant ginger so glad everything went well!
Ugh I have been in such foul form, has to be the hormones... Everything and everyone is getting on my nerves the last few days! Anyone else experiencing this? Still no other symptoms except sore boobs, which aren't as sore as they were a few days ago.Debt Free as of December 2020 👏

I spent the morning crying the other day as I’d had a nightmare and couldn’t stop crying. Even the dog looked sorry for me. I think hormones are all over the place. A few times I’ve found myself saying something when normally I wouldn’t so I wouldn’t worry lol:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one
