Was anyone else really constipated at the start? I’m struggling with not going to the toilet...

Ooh yes. It was like my body shut up shop for a week. It’s a bit easier now and I’m at 6 weeks

I'm definitely feeling different this time round.
I'm a lot more chilled and calm which i didn't expect to be.
I also haven't been experiencing cramps like i did (they were basically the same as AF)
I do feel twinges and the odd occasional pain but nothing that i would notice really if i didn't know.
I'm excited about the journey ahead.

I woke up at 3am this morning with awful tummy pains, I panicked at first, then when I woke up more I realised it was poo pains haha
I’m going to get some fresh orange juice and pray that helps

HappyLassie - I experienced similar cramping a few weeks ago, hopefully it will ease for you soon!

We had our 12 week scan yesterday, which was amazing! The growth from 8 weeks was incredible. I am going to head over to the 12-24 week thread, and hope to see you all there soon. xx

i'm pleased yours subsided. mine aren't all the time, just every now and then and very mild compared to what i'm used to with AF.

We are hoping to have a private scan at 8 weeks just to reassure us that all is well.
I bet you loved your scan yesterday!

Hopefully i'll see you on the other thread in 7 weeks time.
