May I join? Had 3 faint positives over Christmas and a clear blue 1-2 weeks (although I thought more like 2-3) which I am struggling to accept as I don't want to get my hopes up! I think I'm 5+3 based on lmp. I wish I could relax and enjoy it but it's so hard! Had to tell people over Christmas as well which I didn't really want to do but they'd have worked it out when I wasn't drinking anyway. Hoping I can start to chill out and let it sink in!

Cherry I think this glowing malarkey is just a myth, 18 weeks today and I constantly get told I look tired :rotfl:

Nope, no glow .
I don't really feel much to be honest, my boobs hurt and the odd bit of backache and my belly is bloated , but that could just be Christmas really.
Just the nosebleeds again and this sodding cough I can't shake
But definitely no glow.

I'm not glowing, but now that I'm 12 weeks, I feel much less tired than I did a few weeks ago, and my teenage-like spotty skin has cleared up! Off to the next thread for me, see you all there soon!

Got my scan letter just now
OH is on the other side of the world asleep and no one else knows so I had to tell someone. Sorry, I'm a little excited.

Glad you are excited munchkin. It was amazing at our scan this week. Still totally bl**dy surreal that the wriggly thing is a baby and inside me but so so amazing

20 weeks here and still no glowing. Just tired. Have been told I'm glowing and pregnancy suits me, but those people have only seen me for a few hours and haven't seen how long it takes me to recover from any social activity!

Not only un-glowing, but got a cold now!

No way to call in sick the first day back after NYE as it would look like a 2-day hangover (though nothing could be further from the truth!)

Me and OH are doing 'dry January', which should at least absolve me from awkward discussions, imaginary antibiotics etc.
