Evening ladies
Congratulations for BFPs to the newer ladies :j:j:j
Well the morning sickness is here now. As of Friday I have been feeling pretty rough. I haven't actually been sick but feel like I could be any momentI am sooooo tried too, I slept most of the weekend.
I am trying to just plod on at work because I don't want them knowing yet but it's really hard when all you want to do is throw up or sleep isn't? Pretty much all I can stomach is bread and potatoes, the thought of anything else just makes me want to be sick.
I don't think I appreciated how hard it would be but I know it will so be worth it in the end.0 -
Mind if I join? Was waiting for t2d, peonie and wtdn to come over as I'm still in shock that I should be here! Think Peonie (maybe?) hit it on the head before- wanted this for so long that now it's here i'm utterly terrified that it'll all go wrong!
I got my bfp on 18/01 and then promptly went on a skiing holiday- not the best timing! I had a reassurance scan last monday and we saw a heartbeat, the technician dated it as 6 weeks which makes me 7 weeks today with a due date (!!!!!!... Not real!) of 22/09/14. Got my booking in appt this thursday.
Peonie i've moved onto granny bras as my 34Gs feel like they've been used as a punchbag- reckon i need to be remeasured. I also cannt get rid of the cold i have. I went into boots the other day and picked a glorious selection of drugs, cream for my chapped skin, lipbalm and tissues. Told pharmacist was pregnant and he took everything away except the tissues and face cream.... Sad times.0 -

Yay TCOD I was wondering where you'd got to, so pleased your scan went well x
Congrats on your scan plant pot x
Hugs for the morning sickness lailap, mine was diabolical but once I hit 11 weeks it started to ease and I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and only being sick in the morning now so it doesn't last forever it only feels that way!
As for bras I got some cheap non wired ones from prim ark about 3 weeks ago and I've already out grown them, my kajungas are massive and I think they're getting stretch marks which doesn't bode well for the rest of me lol
hugs to all0 -

Oh nothing Peonie, oddly I actually caught wind of it on Facebook! We have a Facebook group going with people on the pregnancy thread on it, and yesterday someone posted how fantastic it was that not just one, but FOUR ladies from the TTC 12months plus thread had all fallen pregnant within a few days of each other, so I thought I would come and stalk you and congratulate youOur first baby due 25th May 2014 :T

Thanks mysecret
We're famous!
Hi TCD0 -
Haha! Totally famous. Now we all just have to stick together and get ourselves all the way to the newborn thread. I really hope the next four have the same success, and then another batch is lined up after.
Gives you a lot more faith in IVF.
I'm getting in the swing of things here, with a 3am wake up for a wee and some heartburn!! And some insomnia. The tiredness and inability to sleep is an unexpected symptom. Not complaining though!0
