No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Lurked on this site for a while, switching between this thread and the 'trying to conceive' thread. Little moog, sorry to hear your news :(.

So, head a bit all over the place,so sorry if this a bit all over the place.

Bought a pack of 3 Pregnancy test strips from B&M today. Took 2 today, first was a clear positive. 2nd little less clearly seen. The Clearblue digital says Pregnant 1-2 weeks.Hubby and I had been planning, but I am still a bit in shock!

Had some tender boobs, nausea when eating anything and tired beyond belief, but I honestly didn't think you would get symptoms this early!! It was only something someone said to me the other day that made me test!

Not quite sure what to so now! Hubby is delighted and so I am, but bit all over the place. Worried that I get excited and something goes wrong, or I have had a false positive!!
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated

    Congratulations Sunnydayz :)

I had symptoms quite early too, that's what prompted me to test (I wasn't late at the time).

There's always a chance that things might go wrong, but equally, there's no harm in being optimistic and hopeful. Unless you are on certain hormone treatments, then it's highly unlikely to be a false positive!

First steps here are to get a GP appointment - they get you referred to a midwife. Other areas, you can self refer to a midwife. Best bet is to phone your GP and ask the receptionist what the process is in your area.

Sorry to hear that Littlemoog - take care of yourself x

    Google is not my friend!

Looking up why I haven't had any serious morning sickness like you see in films/shows etc, and I come across lots of articles about missed miscarriage etc.

Now I'm working myself into a state - any one have any reassuring words? I have an early scan on Monday but the way I am feeling right now I almost don't want to go incase it is bad news :(

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.

Believe me hieveryone, count yourself lucky!
I've had sickness (there's no "morning" about it) since 5 weeks and 4 days but it got really bad at 6 weeks - and the crappy thing is I'm only 6+3! I've been off work all week, no energy, not able to eat or drink anything much at all, anything I do eat pretty much comes back up an hour or so later. On the plus side, I've lost 6 pounds :D Saw the GP yesterday who checked me all over but unfortunately there was nothing she could do as it's not bad enough to prescribe anything. Not entirely sure how I'm going to get through the next 6 weeks!

But yep, Dr Google is NOT your friend :D xx

Rampant Recycler I've been Money Tipped!
Don't panic! I've not really had nausea and I'm 6+1 and I had a scan on Saturday where I saw a heartbeat.

I have felt queasy today though so it could be the start.
