I had really painful cramps a couple of weeks ago rambosmum. I found them a bit scary, but I knew I'd not been to the loo for a couple of days so tried to stay calm. Not had anything like that since and no other symptoms so fingers crossed it was just painful wind/constipation.

I've now 'been' (hate going at work) and feel a lot better. Fewer beans for me!

I'm so sorry, my replies are very much in the TMI category! I'd never have these conversations IRL.

Haha dolly don't worry about it - I've been smugly okay for weeks so it's probably taking me down a peg!

Rambo I think it's the same, I've been constipated and had the runs today so I think it's trapped wind for me, which I am definitely not relieving at work! Don't worry about TMI, my friends and I have regular conversations about our not so regular bowel movements!

I hate to go at work too, but I had to after that episode! Mine seems better now that my appetite isn't so rampant and I also avoid foods that I know might cause issues.
  • I have alternated between diarrhoea and difficulty throughout as well. I'm sure it's normal as hormones and extra pregnancy vitamins messing about in there.

I've not been too bad today. Had a physio appointment at hospital to try and stop SPD before it starts. Feel sick and very tired. But cooked dinner tonight and no naps.

Thanks everyone - I guess everyone is different and I should try and relax.

Does anyone else have general run-down/flu like symptoms? I feel like !!!! and just want to sleep all the time! Last night I also had a version of sickness when I saw someone on TV down straight vodka in a programme and it made me heave :o

Reassuring myself that lots of other symptoms present, but horrible not knowing what is going on inside your own body!

It's like a 'cloud' over me - stuffed nose, cotton wool ears, sore throat - the lot! Totally shattered and having to nap at 5pm most nights :rotfl:

Still, the sickness thing worries me. Although my mum didn't experience sickness so guess I should count myself lucky.

I feel like I've been hit by a bus! My muscles all ache and I'm exhausted, despite getting enough sleep!
