Ladies that is my worst fear, think I am more scared than excited about my scan. Also have recently found out 2 friends are pregnant, one before and one after my due date and think that if I have had a mmc I will always be reminded of what could have been. I sound really silly, especially as I have not experienced one before, whereas you ladies have understandable worries

exactly the same as me...I had one at 5w 4d & 8w and found out baby died 4 days later when was told heartbeat was strong etc.... I paid for another scan cos I knew in my heart what had happened x

I have my 3rd scan next week (no way was waiting until 12 weeks!) so so sick with worry over it xx

  • I have considered a scan between my last one and my 12 week scan but when I thought about it ok I would know it was ok on that day but it could still go wrong at the 12 weeks scan so I decided against it x

because of the cysts I have around the baby they want to keep an eye on me. I would rather be scanned recently as I actually went nearly 10 days after baby died before it was removed, that's the bit I couldn't deal with. So would rather know every few weeks, if that makes sense? Then if it happens caught quickly.

Just dunno if make sense my head is everywhere lolx

I hope everything works out OK for you both

Is anyone else still getting cramping? I thought mine had gone but its been bad again this past week. I am hoping it means the baby is just growing still, though am still having negative thoughts about the scan
