I looked into my local (very small) branch of B**ts for toothbrush heads (honestly) and they just had a very few S&G items on the shelf, I had considered buying something as a gift for a family member, but nothing that I thought she would like:(

So no IN's for me apart from the toothbrushes, I have had an e-mail to to say that my Pixi Glow Tonic has been despatched, will declare it when it arrives, but it is my planned purchase for this month.

No request for password change here.

VALM - I think that even with foils you will need remover with a goodly amount of acetone to remove the gel polish. It took 25 minutes with foil to remove just base and top coats on my nails this morning using a gel polish remover from *bay.

I will get around to my stash pics, bit sidelined lately, plus I smashed my iPad this morning so that's £200 gone

Went to our version of Boots (they even sell No. 7 skincare). I was just there to drop off a prescription?!


One nailpolish from essence in a pretty metallic pink and three Revlon eyeshadows. But they were 3/$8! And it's new packaging. They click together to make your own palette.


OK, Naughty Step here I come. I bought the Cambridge Satchel. But I do have some outs for the end of the week. Honest.

Hi All,

Just caught up on the last four pages, the thread is moving at breakneck speed this month! January is always busy, please stick around newbies!

Had a UU this morning, Garnier Simply Essentials 2 in 1 makeup remover - HG, another in the stash. I also have a splutterer in my moisturiser and possibly conditioner - other than that, pretty slow as everything is pretty much new that I'm using. Outs this month mainly consist of GA unwanted Christmas pressies, I know that might sound ungrateful but better for them to be used than gather dust I think.

I've not really been too bad this month, 12 IN, all from gift sets I've bought in the sales, plus another 4 gift sets going into my present stash. I've ordered more online today in the Boots 70% off (are they feeling the pinch, where's the extra 5%?!) :rotfl: but everything is earmarked for presents and it wasn't all toiletries anyway so won't be counted. If I do decide to use anything myself at any point, I'll count it into the stash then - got a couple of Extracts sets, a Gok one, some Champneys stuff for OH (he was succesful at a big job interview yesterday, so proud of him) and other stuff none challenge related. That was as much as I could manage while the website was going crazy and I was trying to get ready for work at the same time! Didn't think it was worth waiting for our local branch to open as the sales shelves were practically empty a day or two after Boxing Day.

Rosemary I feel your pain on the water tank, I'm without the use of the bath/shower here at the moment until the bathroom is hopefully finished next week :T I'm lucky that I still have hot water, the use of the sink/toilet and a shower at work.

I'm glad it wasn't just me who saw the bathtub blog and thought are you kidding??? Blimey.... Can't have seen this thread! :rotfl:

Just had my nails done a lovely shade of dark grey called Cast Iron (bio gel) - its the antidote to my glittery Christmas red Work is absolutely relentless at the moment so I was glad of a reason to have to leave early (flexi time but feel bad going when there's just soo much to do).

Was officially up all night for the Boots 70% Sale, and managed to get 18 items checked out after holding them in my basket since around 2am! Email now tells me all the items have been despatched and I can collect them tomorrow!

Then I went to TWO Boots stores at retail parks mid morning / afternoon and got a few extra bits. There was not a great deal left mostly Royal Jelly Gift Sets but they are great for raffle prizes for where my dad lives (elderly people complex!)

I have 7 IN'S to declare... These are the items I am keeping to try...

Now updated my 'own' stash list, but decided to no longer include gift sets / gift set items / perfume gift sets unless I have opened them - I suspect most will be used for presents or put on eBay for Valentine's Day! :blushing:

Now I am officially on a COMPLETE BAN... I will buy nothing else until I am down to under 30 items out of 193... and unless I am on my last item of a particularly product!

I really don't think she has seen this thread. I feel that she may need a little more training on how to buy toiletries.

This is very odd! I couldn't see your stash photo and only found out it was there when I went to quote you!


I've got some of the Fig and Pink Pepper products from last year's sale but not tried them. Don't really fancy them so don't know why I bought them. I don't like to eat figs or pepper so not sure I want to smell like them!
