In terms of eye make-up remover, I like the Body Shop Camomile Eye Make-up Remover and the Simple one which comes in a clear bottle. On anti-ageing eye cream, Sali Hughes did a good eye cream for the Guardian a while back that might be helpful: http://www.theguardian.com/fashion/2013/jun/01/eye-creams-sali-hughes-beauty
I like that one toovery gentle but still effective

lynseydee - are/were you an Avon rep by any chance? x
One UU to report - Body shop mango shower gel - glad to get to the bottom at last! Not because it's not nice but because I've had it FOREVER!x
I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

1st UUs of 2014! _party_
1 - Olay regenerist wrinkle relaxing complex - this was a serum. Horrid sticky stuff...ended up using it as make-up remover before cleansing. WNBA
2 - Liz Earle instand boost skin tonic - this was recommended by another forum member and yes, it's gorgeous. Gentle and clean scent and just very lovely really. WDBA...just need to use up a free body shop one I got first.
3 - Lush bombardino bath ballistic - he was very cute and moisturing and yes I'd buy him again *peeks at lush stash* not for a while though
4 - Lush the christmas penguin bath bar - loads of bubbles and scented like olive branch which is one of my faves. Would buy again, next year, maybe.
5 - Chanel le volume de chanel mascara - yucky sticky stuff, blerg. WNBA.Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

This has been asked on the thread before but I can't remember the answer!! I bought myself a few Lush bath bombs in the sale and would like to break them at least into halves rather than using a whole bath bomb in one bath. How do people do this? (without using a hammer!)0

Oh I definitely need to join this thread! No idea how big the stash genuinely is as it's split across four houses (my flat, the flat I'm staying atm for uni placement, my parents house, and my boyfriends house)... which is my justification for having so much stuff - have to fly to the boyfriends so tis easier to keep full size toiletries at his than drag minis up and down the country. I know I have enough body wash to last til 2015 though...
Sold 4 mini tubes of perfumed lotions (the ones you get in giftsets) on eBay this week but gained Lacura AQUA-Complete serum and Lacura night cream, oops. Will need hair dye this month but nothing else, so trying to avoid popping into Boots 'just to look'!This has been asked on the thread before but I can't remember the answer!! With a chisel...
Not even joking, I just stick the end of the chisel in and wiggle it a bit, and it splits in two. All the ones I've had have a line round them where the edge of the mould must have been when it was made, and I've found they split pretty well along that. Lack a chisel, if your cutlery has flat metal ends that would work (obv the non-eating end of it!)New graduate trying to get debt-free.

A flat headed screw driver and a door stop. Line the flat headed. Screw driver up with the seam and hit it with the door stop. There are loads of videos on youtube about it.0 -
I have UUs:
5. REN Oat & Bay conditioning shampoo 50ml - hotel freebie and WNBA, nice enough but others I prefer
6. Sanctuary Foaming Bath Soak 75ml - WNBA, many more of these still in the stash and as I rarely take baths this was repurposed as shower gel. Good lather and scent thoughMFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

Still not finished the stash list believe it or not! I still have the contents of a large Boots box from last year's 75% off sale to list plus the contents of a plastic set of drawers. The Boots stuff will all be toiletries but the drawers will be mainly make up. I'm glad I've done this now though as it will hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow when the next 75% off sale is on. If I buy anything then it will be men's sets (my son very rarely has to buy smellies as I keep him supplied on his birthdays and Christmases!).
Watch this space for the updated list!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Had a NPI in home bargains but realised I had enough shower gel too wash the whole of Cumbria so put it back on the shelf.
UU
Radox refresh shower gel - WBA DH HG.
Nivea regenerating night cream sachet - as before WNBA as its too rich for my skin. I think this was the last of these samples gone now.
Etat pur purifying face wash - WNBA dont like the smell - still some to go yet though.
Have painted my toes with Nails inc Victoria - no-one sees but me but polish makes me happy. No more buying toiletries0 -
Loving the colourful stash list noelphobic!
I have totalled up all my stash and it is about 250 toiletry itemsafter 3 years of this challenge. It used to be worse :rotfl:
I was wondering today about using shower gel instead of shampoo, how different can they be?! They have Philosophy 3in1 after all. I have no stash of shampoo left but 34 shower gels. I remember in a holiday emergency using S&G Clean on Me instead of shampoo a couple of times. My hair survived but was maybe a little dry!
I looked at my L'Occitane shower gel and Timotei Pure shampoo and the first 3 ingredients are the same so I think I might try a little experiment and use the shower gel instead for every second wash. A good opportunity to get through the shower gel stash a bit quicker! No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018

I haven't dared to count up my toiletries stash list yet - could well be more than 250 - not sure if I'm boasting or complaining, probably a bit of both!
I haven't tried shower gel as shampoo. Would be interested to see how you get on. Shampoo is one of the few things I don't have a stockpile of, so it would make sense. However I have 'difficult' hair - very fine and flyaway - so would be surprised if it worked for me. Would be one way of getting rid of the ocean of shower gel quicker though - either that or having 25 showers and washing my hands 500 times a day!
I've been back up in the spare room and made a list of the contents of the Boots box, so going to add that to my list - I may be some time!3 stone down, 3 more to go0
