have just updated my signature. it's so frustrating. i know when my mortgage payment goes out on Tuesday it'll bring me to below £110,000 BUT I WANT IT NOW!!! to the extent that I had to stop myself making an OP just to beat that figure. Then it'll be full steam ahead when it's close to 10% what'll I be like when I get the £100k in my sights. You're doing amazingly well on knocking that mortgage down :T and having those little goals is a great incentive, even if it does drive us insane :rotfl:
I'll hit 5.11% paid off tomorrow, so trailing behind you by some way, but already chomping at the bit to get Part 2 of mine below £100k - will be 1st November, if some rotter doesn't put the payment against the Part 2 again
Well done on your jobs list. Definitely add and strike out the extra ones
Loving your new bag too, that's one for life.
And thank you, I'm slightly scared of you when you're harsh, but you're rightBack on the DFW Wagon:

Well I got a fair bit of ironing done. Had a kind of a schedule that worked around picking OH up from the airport at half six. His flight has now been delayed by 2.5 hours which knocks things like eating out of order. He's been handed a £5 voucher for costa coffee. What are the chances of there being any food left at this time on a Sunday evening? So so annoying but not quite enough to drive me to resuming the ironing.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. I finally got my hands on OH at ten last night. Good job we're only 15 mins from airport. Had a really productive weekend and even managed to spend time with my mum. Unfortunately had another disturbed night so am struggling a bit. Not good. On the plus side, it's now September and permission has been granted to use the word Christmas! OH bought me a pressie since he had a weekend away and I didn't. It's a set of Kate spade post it notes. They are so lovely (just like her handbags) that I don't know I will be able to use them. Anyhows, here's to a good start to a productive working week.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Well I realised that due to our holiday, our outgoings are reduced by £27 this month. OH will transfer his additional £75 op this evening plus there's the few pounds saved by bringing forward the payment date so there will be a transfer of £130 to be made tomorrow along with the balance of the £70 left from last month's spends less whatever the alteration bill I get tomorrow. Sometimes I could just kick myself for not starting sooner. I got most of the weekend jobs done but didn't get to the garden centre. Today I got an email voucher for £5 off a £30 spend so fingers crossed they'll have the right size when I get there on Wednesday. Today I am so grateful for

So so tired. Last night was another disturbed night and I don't know why. Picked up my alterations and left in another batch. Total cost was £40 so another £30 to be oped tomorrow. Today I am grateful for

Remembered to snag the last green redeem m&s food voucher today which will hopefully fund a £5 op to the mortgage once it has been used.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes.
