    Day 3/16 today

Brie and cranberry sandwich; banana; grapes; pear.

Just prepared soup and marmite sandwich for tomorrow.

    Good work LTW-ers! :money:
  • I've managed all 3 days this week albeit very bored with rather uninspired chicken sandwich, yogurt and fruit. Was tempted to skip it as I'm getting the train at the moment and am lugging my laptop, handbag, running kit and now my lunch in everyday. But am now up to 5/22 days :)

  • day 4 done here! :D

I think I may have to change my total from 16 to 15 though... Been invited for a payday pub lunch with the department at work since one of the ladies is getting married - I can't miss out on pub grub! It'll be a good reward.. ;)

Hi, thanks for confirming what I was hoping!! My brother paid for lunch so will count that in as a LTW day :)) I'm on day 4/20 today as I've brought in chicken salad and some leftover pineapple chunks.

    Happy munching everyone x

    Morning everyone

    #36 reporting 5/22 LTW

    Today will be number 6:D

GF fibre flakes for brekkie and egg mayo roll, c & o crisps, carrott sticks, grapes, apple and value yog for lunch and snacks.

I had one of the aldee pink lady apples yesterday for lunch. I am picky and only eat granny smith or pink lady and this apple was huge and absoloutely delicious so I will keep getting my fruit there from now on.

I am enjoying my lunch much more bringing it from home as I am varying it between sandwiches, soup and salad and it is keeping me full. I am preparing most of it when making dinner which means I am less likely to be rushed and think what the heck I will get a jacket pot at work.

If I could just stop snacking before I have made dinner.......
