  • Hi everyone! I sort of fell off the wagon last year so can I join in again? I have a total of 17 days at work in January, so

Can I aim for 15 days please WTBSE?

Hope to see a lot more of you all this year :)

My first day back in after New Year tomorrow and sandwich and fruit packed up and ready to go in the fridge :j

Day 1 over and done with.

I am not in an office for work and usually come home for my break -which is a huge bonus.

Being out and about though is dangerous as its so easy to buy something. I have started to not carry cash on me which is helping as I am reluctant to use the card for a small purchase.

Had left over pasta with pesto.

Ham salad sandwich and a cup of home-made soup today. The snack will be a banana (and some popcorn, I really love popcorn :D)

I used to find myself buying a bag every day I was in the office (70p) but bought a box from Amazon which worked out at 60p per bag for Propercorn which is yummy and only 2 points on WW ;) If I bought bigger bags then I would just eat more :o

This way I have treats in the cupboard for work or for taking to the cinema that don't break the bank or my diet!
