Hello,
Day 1\22 for me today although a I worked from home I had hm butternut squash soup and there is enough for tomorrow too :T
All prepared for work tomorrow with thermal socks hot water bottle etc etc!!! Funny isn't it?! Never mind.
:wave::wave:
It's lovely to see so many new people on the thread :wave::wave:
Little miss H... love the phrase fat skirt :rotfl: but I know what you mean I am just hoping that all of the chocolate, pastries and crisps have disappeared from the office. We had an entire desk full of them before Christmas and:eek: I have no will power at all :rotfl:
Financially unsavvy.... really don't think that finger bought with boots points is cheating as you haven't spent money and you could have gone to a sandwich shop instead.
W2BSE, your lunch tomorrow sounds lovely I love risotto, my husband makes an amazing one..I must prompt him to make one this weekend
. Have you got your scales yet? I have decided not to with myself. It will be to upsetting for me and as I have banned chocolate and wine I won't have anything to console myself with!!:rotfl:
Anyway I will check in tomorrow.
PS Shortie.. Warmed up doughnuts are the best!0 -
Well, that's my sandwich made up for tomorrow.... the fridge is a bit bare so peanut butter and jam it is, haha!
The biggest challenge now is actually remembering to take it with me in the morning

Hi All

I just want to say a big thanks for making it easy to see when you have completed a LTW day. This is only the 2nd challenge i have started and am a tad inexperienced..so you guys are making it much easier by making it clearer for me. Thank you
I am loving the sound of some of your LTW's. Some of you (Shortie and highlandlandy especially) are putting me to shame with your organisation skills! I need to be more organised!
For those who haven't managed a LTW today (or have had LTW as well as buying stuff), don't beat yourself up about it. The first few days of getting used to a challenge is always the hardest. Also, you can learn things along the way, such as take extra food/snacks, or maybe take bigger portions to fill yourself up etc.
DC- No i havent got scales yet...ignorance is bliss
I must buy some! I stayed at my sisters flat for a few days (got home yesterday) and weighed in with her scales. I am 10st 13lbs, so i 'only' have 13lbs to lose....sounds easy, but i cannot stop eating at the moment  I think it's my TOTM. 0 -

Oooo, so glad I found this thread, it's one of my new years resolutions; to take lunch rather than buy it!!
So tomorrow, I have slow roasted tomato soup - grabbed it for £1 from Asda so that'll do me!!0 -
Hiya Kat, do you fancy joining the challenge? If so, let me know what number of days you are aiming for and i'll add you to the list

I managed to take my lunch in and resist the temptations of costa coffee today
Got a lovely left over fajita for lunch tomorrow which I'm already looking forward to! Mortgage-free wannabe 2025 £571/30000 -
I had a tin of mushroom soup in me desk drawer which was lovely, and then I saw Ainsley Harriot lurking at the back of the drawer, yay a packet of cous cous I had forgotten about

When a sandwich costs over £3 in the works cafe, you know it's time to bring your own lunch in lol0 -
