I am not at work today so didn't need to take lunch. I have eaten food already available though so have not spend any money on food.

Tomorrow is the day I am going for a leaving lunch with a colleague, so I will need to start counting from Friday.

Back in the office tomorrow and have home made soup to take with me and I managed to get a massive pot of fresh pineapple in Asda today, which was reduced, so that'll be my snack tomorrow too.
  • i'm not sure i will be organised enough today to take lunch with me tomorrow. If i am it will be cheese and biscuits, some sesame snaps and a mini chocolate bar.

Just off to make my lunch ready for tomorrow. It is either going to be roasted veg wraps, veg lasagna or soup :) (have veg that needs using if you didn't already guess!)

I have made egg mayo and tuna mayo for me and DH lunch tomorrow. I will have the egg sandwiches with 2 pieces of fruit, a muller rice (GF and I have to have extra calcium and not keen on yogurt) and something small from the Christmas treat box.

I am planning to get up a bit earlier tomorrow to either make porridge to eat before I leave or toast a GF bagel to eat on the way to work. I am also helping DH to train himself to eat breakfast in a morning.

I also take my own cup, tea bags and milk to work as I hate the stuff from the free vending machine. We can buy all sorts of posh coffees and teas from the canteen but I drink loads of tea so would cost me over £2/day:eek:

Ok so we cooked at ate (most) of the party food today, anything left over my mum can eat the rest! I am EATING HEALTHY from now on!

Having a debate with my mum about this; I bought some salmon fillets on the 30th yellow stickered, they've been in the fridge the whole time. My mum wants to throw them out coz it's the 1st today, I would've thought they'd still be ok? What does everyone else think?
