45 mins spin class today, I'm shattered! Have stuck to my diet really well though and I'm 7lb down already this year so that's made a nice dent in my target
Few chores to do today which should keep me busy!

quite true it is that with the gathering one gets the motivation to go for more .. but my fair advice is why to make it a mental block in case you are not finding any apt one so why not to enjoy every moment while you are busy with your kind of workout and try to go good with it .. no matter, if alone too..0

under the weather today so had to give it a miss today, will try and get back on track tomorrow. Dont usually go the gym eves or weds but this week they are trialling a new Zumba class in the evening so will be giving it a try (hopefully) to get gym count back up0

Hi please can I join. I need to lose weight as I got a shock when I got on a friends scales, stone and a half overweight. I am using my fitness pal app and counting calories. I was eating over 1700 calories a day on crisps and chocolate alone.
I bought the Davina Fit in 15 dvd and I love it now but the first day nearly killed me, I thought my lungs were going to burst.
I thought it was a gentle exercise but it turns out it's an intense workout, though not as bad as shred sounds. Think I would have to be able to do all the workouts back to back on the Davina dvd before attempting Shred.
I get up half an hour earlier and do a workout and the cool down stretches.
I have lost 5 lb in one week.
Bought 2kg weights and a mat. Nearly did myself a mischief doing lunges on the rug, ouch.
I am also doing squats with the weights, 25 a day for now.
