Thanks everyone!
I've written down the exercises they do and how many times etc so might give it another go without the video.
I think I just find it really demotivating watching them doing it so easily and I'm an exhausted sweating mess after 5 minutes!!0 -

I am in need of some serious weight loss, I have just bought a treadmill yesterday so I have started using that.
I did 15 mins yesterday evening and I have done 15 mins so far today
I am aiming to do at least half hour tonight.
I need some inspiration so hopefully joining in will help

Make sure you do some weights or plyometrics too

Bodyweight exercises - press-ups, pullups, squats, lunges, that kind of thing. Look up the NHS Strength & Flex program

50 mins cardio and pilates 60 mins for me today0

I'd love a gym buddy but would just make myself feel really demotivated when I can barely run for 60 seconds and everyone else is running at like 10km/h for 30 mins+.
Not everyone hun... and it all takes time!If you are just getting back or into getting fit/eating better don't be so tough on yourself. It is never easy and you will have to work hard, but that's why it will be so much more rewarding x
