Free Sky BB Wireless Booster for existing customers

I've been trying to order this, but since I gave my 31 days notice to cancel my services on the 24th December they are refusing to send one to me. Does anyone know what my rights are here? If have thought in a Sky customer up until my package ends on 24th January and as such should be entitled to any and all 'freebies' that any other customers are entitled to. There is still a final payment to come out via direct debit and I'm considering cancelling it and challenging them that I'm being treated differently although I'm paying (and have been paying) the same as everybody else.
 Many thanks0

 Worth a try.
They do say this on the offer page for existing customers (though no mention of this in the ts + cs):
(Don't see how you have any "right" to be given one, and can understand their reluctance to give you anything now they see you as a "lost cause".)If you continue to experience an issue in redeeming this offer please assure
you meet the criteria in the checklist below:............- You have not requested cancellation of your Broadband
 service

I understand their reluctance too, but just feel that I'm as entitled to it (at least as far as their terms and conditions, and the contract they have with me) as any other customer - they're saying that every current customer is entitled to one, I'm currently a customer but they're refusing me one.0

So complain! However, I can almost guarantee the only way you will get one is by accepting a reinstatement of a minimum term. Firms are not stupid - you have no entitlement right to anything other than the standard service.
Should they reward loyal customers with additional kit, the decision to do so remains theirs, and trying to prove otherwise will be fruitless busy work.
I recall someone in a Council House who discovered after he enquired about his 'right to buy' the Council stopped their contractors painting and re-roofing his whilst his neighbours got theirs done.
He took them to Court... And lost. It was held to be unreasonable for the council to pay contractors if the house was no longer going to be their responsibility.0

So there are 2 options using the link above.
Do I choose 'Join' Sky (nope, existing customer) or 'Upgrade' (nope, don't like the sound of that, i just want a free booster)?
 Anyone know?0

Upgrade then you can add the free booster.0
