Free Sky BB Wireless Booster for existing customers

Has anyone figured out how to get this? It's being advertised on TV (the advert with Michael Caine in a lighthouse or something) and the Sky website says it's available to existing customers from today but I can't figure out how to order one.

You log in to the website but even then it's not obvious how to actually order one.

OP, I am having the same problem, I click on 'redeem offer' but nothing happens. Very frustrating!

I chatted online to Sky this morning and they said there is a problem with the link (http://www.sky.com/shop/offers/wireless-booster/?DCMP=pac-SkyCom:na_booster) at the moment and to try again later.

It seems to be working now. Anyone know if these will only work with Sky Broadband or if you can give it to someone else with a different broadband provider?

Did you order a Sky Hub or a Wireless Booster?

Just placed my booster order also, thought there was going to be a £20 charge at one point but the final charge was zero.
