  • Happy February everybody!! :D

We all did so well last month - here's to carrying on the good work for another month! :A

Well we went out for tea and drinks last night - we VERY rarely do so don't feel bad about it - but every time I spend anything these days I'm always thinking at the back of my mind "that's money that could have gone off my CC..." Will be nice to have nights out in the future and not have any guilt whatsoever about the money we've spent! :o

Anyway to counteract that "wasted" money I've paid another chunk off my overdraft - would be sooooooo happy if I can clear it this month but it's a big chunk of money out of my wage so we shall have to see!

    #008: £750/£5700 13.16% - into double digits _party_
  • Eeeee just realised with that extra payment I officially owe less than £5000 !! double woohoo!! :D:D:D:D:D

Got my statement through for one of the debts, only £653 left !! It actually doesnt seem that much in the grand scheme of things.

Talked to lady at the bank about withdrawing my money, she couldnt figure out how to do it it would only give her the option to close the acct and withdraw everything. SO i am going back on saturday to talk to someone and see what the options are. i mean if necessary ill take the whole lot out and open an instant access isa or something.
  • Hello all,

    Hardly managed anything this month,

debt now stands at ~#42 =4400/4600
but I have had to buy Car insurance so technically owe more. however it would be too depressing to add that in. Will think some more.

    xxx

    Nevertheless she persisted.
