I think the key is trying to not make the debt worse and just chip away it a little at a time! Good luck! Just remember at least you are heading in the right direction!DreamerHelen wrote: »Afternoon Everyone....Apologies for being absent on this Thread over the last Week...I have been INSANELY busy trying to earn extra money to pay back this Debt that I have....

I got paid today and thought just do it, put £200 off the cc before i spend it and really reign in this month trying not to spend much, so it now leaves me with a balance of £370 which i am desperate to shift with Novembers pay. Not sure how i will manage that but i will also try and add a few £5 here and there this month if i can manage it to chip away at whats left. :j
So close to being DF i can smell it.Debt Free Jan 2015 :T0 -
Aaah, why can't I just stop spending money? Okay, I've stopped myself on this occasion, but I've been eyeing up camera gear again. It's not often the little stuff that ruins my finances - I don't have Sky because I think it's extortionate, and our weekly food bill is frugal to say the least - it's the big four figure sums like cameras, cars etc that I think I can afford but obviously can't. What tactics do people have to nip these thoughts in the bud?
