Congrats on the now job minicooper!
Great saving Archery.
Afm, i'm having a strange day. Our house has been on the market for 3 months and we had a lady view it on friday and a man on monday morning, lady then wanted second viewing monday. Today estate agents ring at 3pm to say lady wants to make an offer (yay!) but also wants to rent it from us until the sale is completed (huh? this isnt try before you buy). We accept the offer but decline the rental as it's against the mortgage terms (which is true). 4pm, there's a knock at the door, the man from the other viewing wants to also make us an offer but "privately" without the EA - bit dodgy no? Took his number as OH wasn't in to discuss it.
Think we'll just go with the lady who got there first. She's done things correctly and things seem a bit safer. My head is just spinning though about getting 2 offers in an hour and both being a bit weird!:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

10 minutes of work left then I am officially on holiday until 21st July. Fly to Corfu on Friday morning woohoo !!
Not happy about the weather reports though. 2 sites say glorious sunshine, BBC says storms/rain on Fri/Sat & Mon, 1 other site says cloudy all week.
If I don't get sun I am not going to be happy !!0 -

Well I have just booked train tickets for my last ever trip to visit the OH before I move up next month! We'll be going flat hunting and to a wedding. I won't miss shelling out £80 every time I want to go home, or the 5 hour train journey....0
