2 more payments to ccs today, not sure if I will be able to over pay anything at the end of this month as so far it has been a VERY spendy month! and its only the 6th today...
But total paid off so far is

A quarter of the way and just over 1/4 of the way through the year. Maybe, just maybe, this is going to be possible!!2015 £2 Saver #82

Came into teaching to do something I love, but I never get to teach and underappreciated it an understatement. Maybe its just a bad day but I am really becoming disillusioned
Feel like keeping going til debt is gone and deposit saved and just going into something lower paid but that I will enjoy. Rght now my work life balance is shot.
What do you think you'd like to do? Have a think, see what your options are and juts stick at it for now. Its a tough situation to be in!0 -

marlie, you need to weigh up the benefits here - how long is it going to take you to pay off your debts and get a deposit together in your current job? Do you think you will be happy to stay there for that long? Sometimes it's worth taking a little longer to get there, if you're happier on the path. Last year, I had no work/life balance either, as I was being so frugal - it just threw me into depression. At least look into what else is out there - there's no harm!0 -
I've made a small payment today of £22.74 for things my DH paid for that I should have paid for myself.

I think until next Summer, so another year and a term (and a bit!)
I think I can do that, but then its just the salary multiplier aspect. Blah. Not that I'm looking for super big/expensive houses... a little cottage is for me!
Think I'll just keep going, as you say look around and see what happens. I want to work with children still, maybe as a youth or counsellor type worker, but not sure if my qualifications apply and whether I have it in me to retrain right now.0 -
