Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2014!

Hi everyone,
So payday is finally here! It seems like it has been a very long month.
This month I got the back pay I was waiting for, and my annual bonus. My plan was to allocate this extra money to repaying the debts as soon as I got it, but because of the new tax year, and my tax code being changed substantially, I now don't know what my basic pay is after tax, so I can't calculate how much "extras" I have got this month.
So I guess I will have to sit on the money and wait to see how much I get paid next month, unless anyone knows a way of calculating how much of the net pay came from the different sources?
Matt

This is the one I use, it's very good and also allows for pension reductions:

Hi Rogueylawyer and Minicooper,
Thank you for the link, I have worked out what my new basic pay is now :j
I have decided that I will transfer anything I get above this amount to the card account every month. I get something extra most months from working extra time or doing something different at work.
In other news, I finally got my selling limit raised on ebay and I have got 17 items listed for sale now. No bids yet but a few watchers. Fingers crossed someone will buy something.

ok its pay day so here's my first payment:
#011: £1,636 / £6,000
got an extra £10 from the tax man, woohoo ... tonight is pay day treat so we're having d*minoes pizza for tea. i can't foresee any additional expenses this month so hopefully it'll be plain sailing. i'm hoping for a couple of cashback things to become payable this month so fingers crossed - it's an extra £20 or so.
i have got a bunny vaccination next pay day (£25) and the car needs MOT and service (not sure how much thatll be!!) so i need to put some money in the pot for that. my brakes have been bouncing a bit (the only way i know how to describe it!!) so i think there could be an expense there. hope it's just the discs need replacing...0 -
Hi again
,
Transfer now made and the balance stands at:
#038 £3557.48 / £4016.44
I am pleased to have met my target of having more than half the debt gone before the end of April. Next target is to have it all gone by the end of May. It will be hard work but hopefully can get somewhere close.DFBX2016 #024

Oh you're all making me so jealous with your paydays! Still 4 more days here. Took my eye off my funds this month, and it's definitely been a case of having too much month left at the end of my money!0
