    Thanks for my number.

    Good Luck marliepanda.

May might not be the best month for me as DH starts a new job & not sure when he will get paid.

    Dxxx

We all have low months, mine has been this Month as my car insurance renewal comes out 8th May, just before next payday so I darent spend anything just in case!
  • I just cant wait to see my numbers coming down.

Looking forward to being debt free for the last time!

My Noddle has gone up to 3/5! Just by reducing my debts, havent messed around with my accounts much.

I am hoping when I am debt free it will be 5/5? I don't know how they judge it but I have no defaults or missed payments, so hoping it will climb up a bit more.

I know everyone says its just a meaningless score but at least it will generally be good! :P

    Getting my May aims ready!

    1. Get to £2000
    2. Pay off my CC in full (£2300)
    3. Get to 50% of debt paid off (£2650)

1 and 2 will be fine, but 3 might be a bit of a push! :D

    what is noodle? :)

    Hi Raggydoll85,

Noddle is one of the credit reference agencies, and, different to the others, allow you to see your credit report on an ongoing basis without payment.

As we all know, the actuall score doesn't mean anything to banks and loan providers, but it's something we can keep an eye on to monitor our efforts in working towards being debt free.

My score was always 4/5 but has dropped to 3/5 this month. The only thing I can see has changed is that after moving house in January, I have dropped off the electoral roll from the last place and not appeared at my new address yet, so hopefully next month it will be back up to 4/5.

If you want to check yours you can just sign up online, you have to give a debit card to confirm your identity but they don't charge.

It doesn't cost anything and doesn't do any harm, so there's nothing to lose really!
